VGA over Cat5

The PRO 9000 series is a range of products for the distribution of multiple format video + audio over Cat5e or Cat6 cable. Formats covered are UXGA, Component HD, RGBs, S-Video, Composite Video, Stereo Audio, RS232 and Infrared.

The single input products are commonly used for the distribution of VGA/UXGA video from a PC or Digital Signage Player to multiple display screens at distances of up to 300M. Alternatively the source could be HDTV component video from a HDTV player or HDTV satellite receiver.

Multiple input switches allow up to 8 input sources to be accessed by up to 8 remote and dispersed viewers. At the viewing point a small receiver interfaces to the TV display screen. Channel selection is by IR remote control or web browser and the systems operate with up to 300M of Cat5e or Cat6 cable.
